FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q. How is Magnesheet™ different from traditional fridge magnets?
A. Magnesheet™ and traditional fridge magnets are both made from magnetized rubber sheeting. However, Magnesheet™ is designed differently for starters. It is thinner and lighter in weight. So while Magnesheet™ is not as strong as a thick magnet, it is plenty strong enough for most applications. It passes the holds up the kid's art display on the fridge test! It will stick securely and last long.

Q. How is Magnesheet™ different from "magnet paper"?
A. Magnesheet™ is about the same thickness and weight as "magnet paper", but has significantly more holding power. A business card size piece of Magnesheet™ can hold up two or three sheets of paper on a refrigerator door that is opening and closing. Try that with "magnet paper". You will see the difference for yourself!

Q. How can Magnesheet™ be used for effective advertising ?
A. It is ideal for direct mail campaigns. Designers do creative things with it - like fold it, score it, make it into coupons, and even bind it into catalogues, magazines or advertising brochures in a whole variety of shapes and sizes. Magnesheet™ prints just like high quality full color printing on quality paper by the best off-set or digital presses available in the print industry. It also can be coated with laminating film, UV coatings or other applications for surface appearance variations. The creative application possibilities lead to increased sales and a better return on advertising dollars.

Q. Will a business card made from Magnesheet™ destroy the data on my credit cards like other magnets do if I put them together in my wallet?
A. We have never encountered a problem of credit cards being rendered unusable by Magnesheet™. We doubt it could happen because the limited magnetic force in Magnesheet™ only extends a very small distance from one side unlike regular magnets.

|
Q. Can Magnesheet™be mailed easily?
A. Magnesheet™ is lighter. In fact a 4" by 9" magnet made from Magnesheet™, a sheet of letterhead, and a #10 envelope weigh less than 1 ounce (30 grams), and thus qualifies for the standard letter rate of $.39 US or $.52 CA. Now that's economical mailing!
